STAY AWAY!!!
“Unless you're in a some emergency and are out of options i suggest you do just that. Stay away from these guys. \nAs a first time driver dealing with a wreck, i had specifically had to meat this guy Bill (William). I brought the car, asked him to take a look at whatever the the damages where and give me the estimate. A bottom line if you will. He merely browses through it for 3mins writes the stuff down (which seemed grossly overpriced if you ask me). I then did the smart thing; purchased the major parts myself (at a fraction of his estimates); which he seemed none too pleased of when i brought it over. Calling it cheap, fake and what-not; saying he would've done better but I'll get what i payed for: A cheap car. I felt mildly insulted. \nNext i ask for a review of the numbers as i bought some parts myself and lo; suddenly there are some parts he failed to add into the estimate? Now instead of it going down it just about stays the same. \nI therefore ask the guy to get on with the repairs, I'll pay as we go but he swears he won't touch it unless he gets full payment. Full Payment or no work, even though he's aware he can hold on to the vehicle otherwise. To make things worse, he says there's no guarantee that's all the repair needed for it, hence there may be some more work needed as he goes. I mean wtf? Then what's the point of the assessment? \nMy apologies for the lengthy rant, but i would stay away if i were you. I'm stuck with him as the work just started. \nBill; remember the name. ”
